The independent variable of this study the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Total Population, General Allocation Fund and Government Spending. The dependent variable in this study is the original income Districts/Cities in Bengkulu. The population in this study are 10 Districts/Municipalities in the province of Bengkulu. The sample in this study using total sampling technique that is the number of samples is equal to the number of population. The period used for five years from 2010 to 2014. The analytical method used is the method of panel data regression analysis. The results showed that in the year 2010 to 2014 Gross Domestic Product variable and variable Government Spending positive effect on regional revenue, variable Population negatively affect regional revenue, while the variable of general allocation funds do not affect the original income. Taken together, all independent variables significant positive effect on regional revenue. Keywords: Regional Revenue, Gross Domestic Product, Population, Government Spending.
