Fermented liquid waste tempe was intended as additional nutrients to support the oyster mushroom?s growth since the first harvest to the fourth harvest. The study was conducted using a factorial randomized design with two groups, the time of injection (A) and the volume of injection (B). The injection time was divided into two, the injection given on 1st, 2nd and 3th days after harvesting (A1) and the injection given every six days starting from the first harvest (A2). The injection volume level is divided into 5 treatments, 2 ml (B1), 4 ml (B2), 6 ml (B3), 8 ml (B4) and 10 ml (B5). Observed variables included the time appearance of primordial fruit, the number of fruiting body, the stalk length, diameter of pileus, harvest time interval, total wet weight of the fruit and the average of wet weight every baglog. Data were analyzed by Anova followed by DMRT 5%. The results showed that the injection of nutrients from fermented liquid waste tempe had a good influence on all variables, except for the longer time appearance of the primordial fruit. The best injection time was every 6 days starting from the first harvest (A2), while the best injection volume was 4 ml (B2). The best average of wet weight was 120,33 g/baglog, obtained from the treatment injection given every six days since the first harvest with injection volume of 4 ml (A2B2).
