N2  - The purpose of this research that to know the existence or non-existence
difference carbohydrate value in randu honey that got from Pringsurat, Temanggung
and Tlagawungu, Pati. The result of tllis research also to expected can used as
learning resources chemistry education in Senior High School/Islamic High School.
The research used experiment methods, population in the reseach are randu
honey that got from bee breeder in Pringsurat, Temanggung and Tlagawungu, Pati,
and the samples are randu honey taked from three bee breeder in both area.
Carbohydrate analysis in honey used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The data
research analysis teclmique use plan research one factor two quotation, One factor is
carbohidrate value in Randu honey and the quotation are randu honey that got from
Pringsurat, Temanggung and Tlagawungu, Pati, with amount samples, three from
Pringsurat, T emanggung and three from Tlagawungu, Pati. Each samples are attitude
five repeating Qualitative data shaped result of Molish test, Barfoed test, Benedict
test and Selliwanof test that showed positive and iodin tesi sb.uV\'ed negative.
Quantitative data shaped are means carbohydrate value in randu honey that got from
Pringsurat, Temanggung in amount 66,72088±1,11853%, whereas from Tlagawungu,
Pati in the amount 68,12165±1,30215%.That is data got analyzed with t test.
T test result indicated t result > t table in 5 % degree of signification, tills is
mean there is an existence difference of carbohydrate value in randu honey that got
from subdistric Pringsurat, Temanggung regency and subdistric Tlagawungu, Pati
regency. The research can be used as alternative learning resources chemistry
education in Senior High School/ Islamic Senior I.ilgh School class XII semester II in
Main Discussion Macromolecule, Sub Main Discussion Carbohydrate after attitude
selection and modification about research result based un 2004 curriculum. The
source of reference is presented in the teaching process as experiment method that is
completed with worksheet for student/Lembar kerja Siswa (LKS).
