description: This study aimed to analyze the effects of fundamental factors on systematic risk in the listed mining company on the List of Islamic Securities (DES). Fundamental factors represented by Asset Growth, Current Ratio, Return on Equity (ROE) and Operating Leverage, and the systematic risk was represented by stock beta. The period used in this study was 6 (six) years, starting from 2010 to 2015. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 18 companies. The method of analysis used a panel data the data worked eviews 8. According to the analysis data result, Asset Growth did not influence the systematic risk with the coefficient regression value was 0,192 and significant value was 0,13. The CR variable influenced the systematic risk with the coefficient regression was -0,06 on the significant 0,04. The variable of ROE did not influenced systematic risk with the coefficient regression value was 0,413 and significant value was 0,001. DOL variables significantly influence the systematic risk with a regression coefficient of 0:06 significant value of 0.041.
