%A NIM. 13390005 MOHAMMAD RAMADHAN %O Muhammad Ghafur Wibowo, SE., M.Sc %T PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, KOMPENSASI, KOMUNIKASI, DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BMT BINA UMMAH GODEAN %X This objective of this study is to describe the effect of education level, compensation, communication, and facilities toward the employees performance of BMT Bina Ummah Godean. Methodologically, this research used quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 48 employees of BMT Bina Ummah Godean. The hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis. The technique used is saturated sampling. The data analysis in this study used the validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicoliniearity test, F test, determination coefficient, and T test. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis is accepted. It means that there is an influence of education level and communication toward the employees` performance of BMT Bina Ummah Godean with significant values 0.024 and 0.025. Whereas, the compensation and facilities do not affect the employees performance with significant value 0.814 and 0.403. The result of statistical analysis shown that the level of education, compensation, communication and facilities has influence on employees performance about 19%, while 81% is influenced by other factors. %K Education Level, Compensation, Communication, Facilities, and Employees Performance %D 2017 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib26322
