The problem of this study refers to the gold saving which was unveiled simultaneously in conventional or Sharia Pegadaian in 2015. The sample of this research is the gold savings account holders in the Sharia Pegadaian at Pasar Telo Yogyakarta as many as 40 respondents. The tool for data analysis on this research is a multiple linear regression using SPSS 17. The results of the analysis showed that promotion and motivation give positive effect toward the decision of choosing the product, while service quality does not give positive effect toward the decision of choosing the product. %Z Joko Setyono, SE., M.Si.
