The importance of marketing provides information in accordance with the needs of the community in order to influence the decision of the community to become members of the cooperative. In addition, there are several other factors that can affect the factors of society to become members of the cooperative such as products, ease of transactions and word of mouth. This research is conducted to know the effect of product, ease of transaction and word of mouth to the decision of society to become member of KSPPS Bina Warga Sejahtera. The sample of this research is 90 members of KSPPS Bina Warga Sejahtera which is calculated using slovin method. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the proposed hypothesis is accepted that there is influence ease of transactions and word of mouth to the decision of the community to become members of KSPPS Bina Warga Sejahtera with a significant level of 0.0004 and 0.000 respectively. Whereas, the product has no significant effect on the member decision with significant level 0,141.
