BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga (BDW) Yogyakarta. This research was conducted from March to May 2017. This research is field research research (field research) by using qualitative approach which clarified quantitative analysis. Data processing using SPSS 23 program to test multiple linear regression. This study used 40 respondents from 45 total employees of BPRS Bangun Drajat Residents using saturated sampling which shows the result that simultaneously organizational climate, leadership, work ethic of Islam, and OCB (altruism, civic virtue, and sportmanhsip) have an effect on employee performance. Partially shows the result that the organizational climate variable has no effect on the employee performance shown by the sig value. 0.084 0.05. Leadership variable has no positive effect on employee performance of BPRS BDW with sig value. Of 0.656 0.05. Islamic work ethic variables affect the employee performance of BPRS BDW with sig value. Of 0.01 0.05. The altruism variable has no effect on employee performance of BPRS BDW with sig value. Of 0.725 0.05. Civic virtue variable affect to employee performance of BPRS BDW with sig value. 0.033 0.05. The sportsmanship variable has no effect on the employee performance of BPRS BDW with sig value. 0.267 0.05.
