abstract: This research is an empirical research that aims to find out the influence of work ethic of Islam, leadership, and communication on work commitment of employees at KSPPS Tamzis in Wonosobo. This study used Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) series 20 to analyze the factors that affect employees' work commitments. The data used is the primary data derived from the questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents. The results of this study indicate that of the three factors that affect employee work commitment is communication that has a significant positive effect on work commitment, while Islamic work ethics and leadership have no effect on employee work commitments.
