The sample of this research is 90 students of Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Data analysis technique used in this reseacrh is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of financial reward, labor market considerations, work environment, spiritual motivation, and professional training simultaneously have significant effect on the interest of students for a career in Islamic Bank. Partially, only variable of financial reward and spiritual motivation that has a significant effect on student interest for a career in Islamic Bank. While the variables of labor market considerations, work environment, and professional training have no significant effect on student interest for a career in Islamic Bank. The coefficient of determination shows that 29.4% of the dependent variable of career interest in Islamic Bank can be explained by independent variable of financial reward, labor market consideration, work environment, spiritual motivation, and professional training equal to 29,4%.
