The object of this research is BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga in Yogyakarta. Collecting data used purposive sampling menthod on BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga customers in Yogyakarta. A total of 100 respondents used as samples in this study. The analysis tool used is multiple regression. Testing the quality on the data used in this research is a classic assumption test, while the hypothesis testing used the t test analysis method. The results of the research showed that service has a positive significant effect on customer loyalty, while principles of sharia and product attribute doesn?t have positive significant effect on customer loyalty.} }
