An increasing number of business units are not offset by employment in small and medium industries, medium and large. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of the number of business units, investment and the minimum wage on employment in the manufacturing sector. This research is quantitative. The analytical method used is regression panel data with fixed effect models were taken through the Chow test test test and Hausman test. Data analysis using Eviews program assistance 8. The data used were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of West Java Province. The results showed that simultaneously, a variable number of business units, investment and minimum wages have a significant effect on employment in the province of West Java. Partially, variable number of business units and the investment have a significant positive effect while the variable minimum wage have a significant negative effect on employment in West Java Province for 2012- 2015 years.
