Analysis method used on this research is panel data regression. Dependen variabel is beef price and independen variabel including beef production, chiken meat price, population and meat consumtion. After that, doing test with eviews8. Those test has result beef production, chiken meat price and meat consumption has significant impact, but the population variable has a significant and negative effect on the fluctuation of beef prices in 6 provinces of Java Island.
