The study was conducted in 19 provinces in Indonesia period 2009-2012. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from Statistics Indonesia. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis of random effect model. The results showed that in the period from 2009 to 2012, the variable inflation, unemployment and democracy together significant and positive impact on poverty in Indonesia. The coefficient of determination obtained by 59.51%. This means that the independent variables (inflation, unemployment, and democracy) is able to explain the dependent variable (poverty) amounted to 30.40%, while 69.60% is explained by variables outside the model.
