        abstract = {Poverty is classic problem that faced by every country time to time. Not
only developing country like Indonesia but also developed country which faced
the problem. Fixing poverty becomes the important thing in every country. The
aim of this research is analyzing the role of zakat, infak, and sedekah institution
(ZIS) in fixing poverty in Banjarnegara. The role that ZIS does such as ZIS
programs which already did, collecting management ZIS, and fund distribution
ZIS. In analyzing data, the researcher uses primer data as result of field research
with spreading questionnaires/polls to people that related. Sample that researcher
takes are 100 people from 20 sub districts in Banjarnegara. Model that uses in
this research is multiple regressions linier. Result of this research shows that ZIS
programs is about 0.556, collecting management ZIS is about 0.346 and fund
distribution ZIS is about 0.367. The effect is positive and significant in fixing
poverty in Banjarnegara}
