One factor authentication consists one layer security which is vulnerable for system. Other method of authentications for better security is two-factor authentication that consist of two-layer security. This research aim to analyze user experience of implementation two factor authentications on an electric door lock. This research creates six electric door lock prototype made by combination of keypad, RFID, application, and fingerprint. One of the key factors in this study is usability factor that affects user acceptance of two factor authentications as their security. Parameters in the testing are learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors (accuracy), and satisfaction. Likert scale is using to organized category of manner scale. Required sample get from criteria purposive sampling which collects 33 samples as data required. Before testing to user, the item of the questionnaires needs to be valid and reliable. Questionnaires distributed to all sample with giving them statements from usability aspects. To analyze the result, it uses equations of mean score and overall mean score. The results showed that generally user experience have a value 4,6 in scale of 4 which is slightly agree. While calculation of usability factors showed that door 6 fingerprint and RFID have a value 4,6 of learnability, door 4 fingerprint and keypad have a value 5,5 of efficiency which is agree, and door 4 fingerprint and keypad have a value 4,5 of memorability, door 6 fingerprint and RFID have a value 4,6 of errors (accuracy), also door 4 fingerprint and keypad have a value 4,6 of satisfaction.
