The tool used in this research is logistic regression with SPSS software version  16.  The results of this research show that the variable motivation intrinsic,  motivation material, work environment has an influence on the career in bank  sharia, but job market considerations and motivation spritual doesn‟t influence on  the career in bank sharia.
