Population used in this research is all members of BMT Kube Sejahtera unit 020 Tlogoadi who using murabahah financing. In determining the sample used purposive sampling method. The type of research used is mixed method (mix methode) with model or design sequential explanatory (sequence of proof) so that data obtained through questionnaire and interview. Data management method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate simultaneously or together murabahah financing variables, mentoring, and marketing strategy have a significant effect on the development of MSMEs. Partially murabahah financing variables have positive but not significant effect on the development of MSMEs because the existing financing is not managed effectively and efficiently. Mentoring variables also have a positive but not significant effect on the development of MSMEs because the assistance is very minimal to only a few BMT members only.
