Populations of this research are all of BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta workers/employees, while sample choosing use purposive sampling technique, by this following requirements: (1) BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta workers/employees have at least finished their study in D3 program; (2) have been worked at BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta at least 1 year.
