N2  - This study aimed to analyze the influence of variables Sharing of Risk, Claims, Akad and Fund Management Insurance against Possible Policyholders Interests Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME). The population used as a sample in this study is small and medium micro businesses who are members of national crafts council area of Yogyakarta as many as 77 respondents. Data were extracted using a Likert scale. Data processing method the researchers used multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that simultaneous variables Sharing of Risk, Claims, Akad and Fund Management positing significant effect on the Candidate Policyholders Interests Takaful with a significance level of 0.000. Sharing of Risk Variable not significant positive effect on the Prospective Policyholders Interests Takaful with a significance level of 0.942. Variable Claims significant positive effect on the Candidate Policyholders Interests Takaful with a significance level of 0.019. Variable Akad significant positive effect on the Candidate Policyholders Interests Takaful with a significance level of 0.000. Variable Fund Management significant positive effect on the Candidate Policyholders Interests Takaful with a significance level of 0.007
