DI BMT BIF KC TAJEM SLEMAN YOGYAKARTA
%X Micro Small Medium Entrepises (UMKM) has a role for the process of
equalization and enhancement income in Indonesia. UMKM sector in our society
is not far away from the trade sector in the traditional market. But most traders
face capital constraints and limited access to formal financial institutions. BMT
Bina Ihsanul Fikri is one of the non-formal financial institutions based Islamic
micro can be a solution to the capital constraints of UMKM. Murabaha financing
which fulfillment of working capital aims to advance and increase the power of
UMKM.
This research aims to identify and explain how the influence of the profit margin,
time period, and flexibility on the decision interest of UMKM to make finance
filings in BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Tajem branch Sleman, Yogyakarta. All
members of BMT BIF which is also the trader in the market of Stan Maguwoharjo
are the population in this research. The sample of this research was taken using
the nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data
collecting technique is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire and
survey methods. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis
techniques using SPSS 23,00 program.
Based on the results of research with analysis of the partial test (t) time period on
the decision showed a significance value of 0,042 < 0.05 and t hitung (1.734)) > t
tabel (1.67722). This means that the time period has significant positive effect on
the interest of filing financing. Likewise with the flexibility variable has a
significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and t hitung (3.616) > t tabel (1.67722). This
means that the flexibility has significant positive effect on the decision of filing
financing. As for margins, it obtained significance value 0.487 > 0.05 and t hitung
(0,700) < t tabel (1.67722). This means that the margins do not have significant
positive effect on the decision of filing financing.
