This study aimed to analyze the effect of financial leverage on Return  On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) at the companies included in the  Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI). Objects in this study are all companies  included in the Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) with sampling through  certain kriteris. The data used are annual financial reports of companies that go  through the website ISSI 2014-2015 www.idx.go.id. Data processing method used  is the panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that  financial leverage positive effect on Return On Equity (ROE), while financial  leverage on Earning Per Share (EPS) of negative influence
