The subject in this study are police officers in Magelang city, a sample of 137 officers which selected using cluster random sampling. The data collection using bullying behavior scale consisted of 27 item (rxy = 0.933), and big five personality scale consisted of 91 item with fifth dimension i.e. neuroticsm (rxy = 0.873), extraversion (rxy = 0.821), openness to experience (rxy = 0.843), agreeableness (rxy = 0.860), and conscientiousness (rxy = 0.896). Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed three of five dimensions of the big five personality have a significant correlation with bullying behavior that are neuroticsm, openness to experience, and agreeableness. Neuroticsm dimension have a positive correlation with bullying behavior. Openness to experience and agreeableness dimension has a negative correlation with bullying experience.  Keywords : bullying behavior, the bigfive personality, police officer  [INDONESIA]  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian big five dengan perilaku bullying pada anggota kepolisian resor Magelang kota. Subjek penelitian merupakan anggota kepolisian resor Magelang kota dengan sampel sebanyak 137 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala perilaku bullying terdiri dari 27 aitem (rxy = 0.933) dan skala kepribadian big five terdiri dari 91 aitem dengan kelima dimensi yaitu neuroticsm (rxy = 0.873), extraversion (rxy = 0.821), openness to experience (rxy = 0.843), agreeableness (rxy = 0.860), dan conscientiousness (rxy = 0.896). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga dari lima dimensi kepribadian big five memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan perilaku bullying yaitu neuroticsm, openness to experience, dan agreeableness. Dimensi neuroticsm memiliki hubungan positif dengan perilaku bullying. Dimensi openness to experience dan agreeableness memiliki hubungan negatif dengan perilaku bullying.
