The sample in this study was taken by using purposive sampling method by taking samples of companies - firms conventional and Sharia state publish its financial statements. Data for conventional banking are secondary data from annual financial report 2012, 2013, 2014. And data for syari'ah banking is taken from annual financial report 2012, 2013, 2014. Based on data processing that has been done using EVIEWS application. The results of this study show the variables of corporate social responsibility (social and environment) and debt-equity ratio shows a significant influence on financial performance.
