Psy, M.Si %T KESEJAHTERAAN SUBJEKTIF PADA GURU HONORER SEKOLAH DASAR DI YOGYAKARTA %X This study aims to find out how the description and meaning of subjective wellbeing on primary school honors teachers in Yogyakarta. This research uses qualitative-phenomenological approach with data collection method of observation and interview (semi-structured). Informants in this study consisted of two primary school honors teachers, male honorary teachers and female honorary teachers. The results of this study revealed the description and meaning of subjective well-being in both informants. The subjective well-being of the two informants includes feeling happy and prosperous by having children and husband / wife, students and sufficient daily needs, and feeling grateful for what has been obtained. The subjective well-being of the two informants is the result of a collaboration between the teacher's background, the honorary teacher's present life, the honorary teacher's future life, and the factors that influence subjective wellbeing. Factors affecting subjective wellbeing in both informants include five factors: social relations factor, occupation factor and employment field, leisure activity factor, personality factor, and religion factor. There is difference in the subjektive wellbeing meaning of the two informants. Each informant has a subjektive wellbeing meaning that KH has faith in God, being human better and bereficial to others, while MF feel grateful, enjoy being a teacher and caring with others.
