N2  - This research was conducted to determine the relationship between religiosity and anxiety on Hafiza at Komplek III Pondok Pesantren Sunan Pandanaran. The sample for this research were 100 Hafizas (female students Quran memorizer) from population of 532 Hafizas at Komplek III female student. This research was a descriptive correlative research, the data were analyzed to know the relationship between religiosity and anxiety on hafiza. The data were collected using an anxiety scale questionnaire and the religiosity scale which was then analyzed using a simple linear regression technique. The result showed that the effective contribution of religiosity to hafiza?s (Al-Qur'an memorizer) anxiety is 19.8% with r = 0,083 and p = 0,000 (p 0,05). This means the hypothesis that there is a negative relationship between religiosity and the anxiety of memorizing the Qur'an is accepted. This means that the higher the level of religiosity the lower the level of anxiety.
