The data were collected using a work-life balance measurement scale consisting of 28 items and an affective commitment scale consisting of 37 items. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between worklife balance and affective commitment. The result of analysis obtained coefficient of R = 0,844 with value p = 0,000 (p 0,05). The work-life balance dimension has the most significant relationship with affective commitment is the Personal Life Enhancement of Work (PLEW) dimension of R = 0.788 with p = 0,000 (p 0.05). And the dimensions of Work-Personal Life Enhancement (WPLE) R = 0.718 with p = 0,000 (p 0.05). And the dimension of Personal Life Interference with Work (PLIW) R = 0,519 with p = 0,000 (p 0,05). While the dimension of Work Interpersonal with Personal Life (WIPL) does not indicate a relationship with affective commitment.} }
