Subjects in this study are members of the shoe community in Yogyakarta amounted to 30 people, who had done the act of buying and selling shoes. The self-concept modification scale is based on the theories of Calhoun and Accocella (1990), while the intention of doing fraud according to Ajzen terges (2005). Data were collected using the scale of intention scale of fraud and self concept. The research scale is based on Likert scale model. The scale has four alternative answers. The data obtained then analyzed by using product moment correlation technique from Pearson Based on the results of analysis known that the correlation coefficient between the two variables (rxy) = -0.529 with p = 0.003 (p 0.01) then there is a very significant negative correlation between self concept variables with the intention of doing fraud so the hypothesis accepted. Large contribution of independent variable in influencing dependent variable that is 0,280. This shows that self concept variable give effective contribution equal to 28% in influence variable intensi do fraud.
