abstract: This research aims to examine more deeply how the dynamics and strategies of conflict management at the Majelis Ilmu Nahdlatul Muhammadiyyin. This type of research is qualitative with case study approach. Primary data source obtained through observation and interview, secondary data source obtained from documentation. The subjects of the study were three NM members who were active in the NM stewardship structure. In general, conflicts arise due to ideological differences, newcomers, and radical thinking. After analyzing data with coding and interpretation, it was found that the conflict management strategy used by NM was avoiding, withdrawal, mediation and understanding.
