description: Spirituality at work is a connection feeling between employees with something  bigger outside of himself. Common, occurs just not in a particularly religious  sect, ideology, or religion. A person's process in the work to find happiness and  well-being. This study attempts to explore the phenomenon spirituality at work of  informants. The way to supporting factors, rituals or religious act and the effects  of spirituality at work to informants.  This research used qualitative research method with deep phenomenology  interview to obtained the data. 4 informan people who working in the companies  with islamic value. Analysis and interpretation in this research was done using  method of analysis of phenomenological data according to Moustakas (1994)  derived from the modified Stevick-Colaizzi-Keen. The validity of data research,  researchers use the auditors and member checking method.  The results of the data was found that the spirituality at islamic workplace of the  four informants is achieved through the implementation of obligatory islamic  religious at the workplace. The values of they spirituality to be a foundation for  completing the job task well, but more than that work is worship. Work routine  can not be separated from God intervention.
