This research uses qualitative research method with phenomenology approach. Data obtained from this research using observation and interview method. The results of this study indicate that self-control of the perpetrators of sexual harassment in the workplace is influenced by internal factors that exist in self informants and external factors in the form of factors of the situation and the environment. Informants who have the ability to control their thought patterns and behaviors have a better picture of decision control. Then, the thing to note and need to add is how the situation of the situation when the occurrence of sexual harassment. It can inspire people around to do the same. In addition, age, culture, religion, parents, and the environment also affect the image of self-control of sex offenders in the workplace.
