KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) DAOP 1 JAKARTA %U https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/27810/ %X The purpose of this research is to find the relationship between work engagement and employee’s work discipline at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. Subjects of this research were 75 employees from several divisions at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta office. The data were collect through cluster sampling technique. They were collect by work engagement scale and work discipline scale. Then, they were analyze using product moment analysis technique from Pearson. The hypothesis shows that there are significant relationship between work engagement and employee’s work discipline at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta office. It showed by correlation coefficient of product moment from Pearson as R=0,725, with effective contribution R square (R2)= 0,526 or 52,6%, and significance level p= 0,000. Thus, it proves that the hypothesis in this research is accepted. %Z Benny Herlena, S,Psi., M.si.
