Within three months, it is elected a selection of employee with the best performance to be awarded to the employee. The purpose of this election is to increase productivity and professionalism of employees in dedicating their performance to the company. All employees will be judged from the discipline and attitude of employees in the workplace. The method used in the decision-making process is Simple Additive Weighting. The process of the Simple Additive Weighting method is to find the weighted sum of performance ratings of each alternative on all criteria, create a match rating table of each alternative on each criteria and create a decision matrix. The criteria used are discipline and attitude. Each criteria has five indicators as a determinant of the criterion's value. All these criteria are selected based on the existing SOP within the company. From the research that has been done, generated decision support system with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The result of this system is the ranking of employees based on the assessment of each criterion by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. With the establishment of the assessment system using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, it is expected that the awarding of employees with the best performance can be implemented with an objective assessment.} }
