To know that, it is necessary to process performance measurement. This has been done by UIN Sunan Kalijaga using excel and is one way that the assessment is done only by superiors to subordinates. In addition, the scale of existing employees can be said to be large enough to cause the measurement process becomes more difficult. With the advancement of information technology as it is today, it can be overcome by implementing a webbased performance measurement application that is able to provide ease in managing and monitoring the performance results of each employee. This study uses employee data derived from UIN Sunan Kalijaga database which is accessed through web service. Development method used in this research is Extreme Programming method. This method consists of planning, design, coding, and testing. This study produced two development cycles. In the first cycle there is a correction and addition of features. Then in the second cycle the development process has stopped because there is no correction from the project owner. The design and development of Web-Based Employee Performance Measurement Application using Extreme Programming method has been successfully done. This Employee Performance Measurement Application is able to help the UIN Sunan Kalijaga in the management of questionnaires, scheduling, monitoring performance results, and simplify the assessment process that can be done anytime.} }
