These techniques are applied when it has entered the stage of implementation of the program. All of these persuasive communication techniques could be used. For reward techniques could be used by giving rewards those are useful, not by providing material in the form of money, candy, and food. One of the weaknesses of red-herring technique is the awareness of the child to follow the advice of the teaching staff will be reduced. Because the child at any time will perform unexpected actions such as refute the invitation of teaching staff. This attitude appear because of the childish nature that always follow friends. Therefore, the teaching staff should always try to defeat the child's argument.
