In the learning process of disability student, the researcher need the effectiveness of communication to produce communication goals in global of education. To achieve the effective of communication a teacher applies the effective of communication using REACH theory. Namely: respect, empathy, audio able, clarity and humble. Another findings is that the researcher found while conducting the research is that for educate disabilities students is so different. Even though the teacher educates in students condition with the same category. Because every children has a different character, and the teacher at SLB C Dharma Rena Ring Putra 1 is educated with individuality handling. Keywords: Effective communication, difable, education.
