M.A abstract: The title of this study is "Analysis of Personal Branding Through Television Advertising (Content Analysis of Harry Tanoesoedibjo’s Personal Branding in Political Television Advertising Mars of Perindo political party)". This study choose the second version of Perindo mars advertisement because this advertisement was be a buzz in the society. This study aims to determine personal branding conducted by Harry Tanoesoedibjo in the advertisement. Methode ini this study is content analysis with quantitative decriptive. This study uses Montoya’s personal branding theory which has been divided into 8 concepts. datas from this study were obtained through coding sheet and filled by 3 coders including researchers. This study yields the finding that Harry Tanoesoedibjo did build his personal branding through this advertisement. The results of this study indicate that Harry Tanoesoedibjo perform the personal branding based on existing concepts in the Montoya’s personal Branding theory, include the law of specialization, the law of leadership, the law of personality, the law of distinctiveness, the law of visibility, the law of unity, the law of persistence, and the law of goodwill.
