This research discussion the interpersonal communication to increase customer satisfaction with the service of “Garda Depan” PT AseliDagaduDjogja. This study aims to know how interpersonal communication to determine the level of customer satisfaction, used a humanity approach, is openness, empathy, supportiveness, positiveness, and equality. This research design was descriptive study with a qualitative approach.
