The need of information that demands to always be up to date makes people use it as a main tool to find information quickly. Social media is a bunch of software that allows individuals and communities to come together, sharing, communicate, even collaborate or play in certain cases. Social media are not only used by individuals to establish communication with their colleagues, but also used for marketing needs, for those who want to sell their products such as clothes, food, services, and so on. Even Football clubs are also using social media to share information and interact with their fans, one of them is AC Milan club. AC Milan has 3 social media, those are Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The difference between those accounts, lays on the quality of information conveyed and the satisfaction of social media usage. This research is using the theory of uses and gratification which explains that media users are quite active in determining which media they will use. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, to find out if there is some influence between the quality of information and the usage satisfaction on @acmilan accounts.
