Interpersonal communication used as a measure to solve a conflict that happen inside of community. Interpersonal communication process with a good planning will make solving conflict easy and with appropriate solution. That interpersonal communication include desirability to communicating, encoding, sending, receiving, decoding and feedback. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that enable writer to present the general representation about interpersonal communication in the community. Subject of this research is Graphic Design Community Rumah Kreatif 151 located in Magelang regency. While, the data aggregration method use observation, interview and document. This research be done with aim that is to find out how interpersonal communication did in the Rumah Kreatif 151 Community to solving the conflicts there. The conflicts are self conflict, conflict inter member and conflict intra organisation. Result of this research is that interpersonal communication in Rumah Kreatif 151 Community be going on continously began from one process to next another process. To begin communication process based on presencing desirability to communicate is there in the member. The factor that influenced prevent presencing desirability to communicate is a mood factor. It is generally, every process can be done easily and juts need a few time to did. That is encourage presencing feedback that can solving the conflict.
