Independent  variables of this research are motivation, knowledge, perception, attitude and trust.  While dependent variable is society Yogyakarta’s decision to take out the cash waqf.  This research is a field research which use kuantitatif-descriptive method. The result  of this research are variables independent which have positive significant influence to  variable dependent are motivation and trust. While variables independent which  doesn’t have significant influence to variable dependent are knowledge, perception  and attitude. ( INDONESIA ) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor  keperilakuan yang mempengaruhi masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta untuk mengeluarkan  wakaf tunai. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah motivasi,  pengetahuan, persepsi, sikap dan kepercayaan. Sedangkan variabel dependep dalam  penelitian ini adalah keputusan masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta untuk mengeluarkan  wakaf tunai. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian lapangan yang memiliki  sifat kuantitatif-deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa varibel motivasi  dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan  masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta untuk mengeluarkan wakaf tunai. Sedangkan variabel  pengetahuan, persepsi dan sikap tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel  keputusan masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta untuk mengeluarkan wakaf tunai.
