This research used qualitative descriptive. The method of collecting of this research used observational method, interview method, and documentation method. To examine the validity of this research the writer used triangulasi technique, interactive data analysis. The result of this research can be seen that the strategy of the library to improve inclusion student's reading interest of Yogyakarta Tumbuh 3 elementary School is adding the book collections according to the student's interest, Reading After School, Litle Librarian, Leveling book, and Literary class. The obstacles that the researcher found are not enaugh fund to buy the English Book, difficult to find the librarian who has good English and the children that prefer to find the answer through the internet than book. The suggestion is the school need to increase the fund to buy the book collection especially in english, and increase the profesional lybrarian.
