The background of this research is in the development of age ranges, especially adolescents, did not escape from the name of deviant behavior or delinkuen. So it is necessary for guidance and counseling teachers to handle such behavior through individual counseling so as not to harm themselves, others and schools. Through the counseling process, it can be seen the result that the student will try to improve his behavior. The purpose of this research is to know how the counseling process in overcoming delinkuen behavior. The type of research conducted is naturalistic or qualitative research, which is used to research in a natural place, and research does not make recognition, because researchers in collecting data is emic, that is based on the view of data sources, not the views of researchers. Methods of data collection used were observation, interview and dentation. Subjects in this study are guidance and counseling teachers, while the object is the process of individual counseling of students who behave delinkuen. The results showed that the individual counseling process in overcoming the delinkuen behavior there are three stages namely the initial stage of counseling, the middle stage (stage of work), and the final stage of counseling (stage of action).} }
