In achieving the goal, the company needs employees who are expected to perform well. However, employee performance is always faced with several advantages that exist in achieving its objectives. Human resources are needed to smooth in a company. This study aims to analyze the life of BMT Bina Ummah Yogyakarta economists. This research includes research to get data about employee performance BMT Bina Ummah Yogyakarta. The sample in this research is 46 respondents by using saturated sample method. The data in this study was made by questionnaires from all employees BMT Bina Ummah Yogyakarta. Data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, assessment test and multiple linear regression test using IBM SPSS 20. The results showed significant performance and performance on employee performance BMT Bina Ummah Yogyakarta. The value of the statistical tests tarithmetic competence shows the number is greater than ttable amount 4,426. For leadership shows the value of tarithmetic of 3.189. While the variable of economic life and assessment is not significant to the performance of BMT employees Bina Ummah Yogyakarta. This is with the results of statistical tests tarithmetic economic life is smaller than t table that is equal to 1,265. To compensate, the statistical test tcalculates the number -1,916.} }
