The population in this research is food and beverage subsector listed in ISSI period 2011-2016. The sample of research are 5 food and beverage sub sector companies obtained by purposive sampling technique, data collecting technique used is library research that is by collecting secondary data whose data obtained and obtained through litelatur related to problem studied. Data analysis was done by panel data analysis technique. The results showed that the partial variables EPS and PER have a posotif significant effect on stock prices, while DER and CR have no significant effect.
