These sample used to 100 of respondent. The data analysis using double linear regression with SPSS 16 software to experiment the research. Based on the result of research, image enterprise, quality and quantity serviced, product and consumer knowledge influence to people who joined the member, imagine enterprise with significance value about 0,301 no influence significantly to joined the members, quality serviced with significance value about 0,027 have a positive influence to signifance value about 0,037 have a positife influence and significance to join members, and members knowledge with significance value about 0,451 no influence significantly to join the members.
