N2  - Kedai Digital 3 Baciro a business place that uses a management system that is still manual and not computerized. In data management, the current system is still not coordinated with each other. The data is still in writing so it is prone to error in recording data. This is because there is no checking or verification. In the method used is Extreme Programming there are several processes that are planning, design, coding, and testing. At the planning stage there is the process of taking manual data, how the system works, and interview clients to get the user story. Design stage is to describe in the plane and describe while the existing system flow which is then converted to a digital system. At the coding stage by preparing and designing the coding to be used on the system. The testing phase reconsults the results of the previous stages of the client. System testing shows that the system is able to manage various data that exist including order data, expenditure data, attendance data, employee data and production data. Based on the tests performed, it can be concluded that the functionality of the system running and functioning properly. Some employees as users stated 80% strongly agree with the ease to use the system. Likewise with functionality running according to the function stated 100% by the user.
