The domains of this study are cattle, goats, and sheep. Researchers chose the three animals because they see the majority of Indonesian Muslims who practice Eid al-Adha by slaughtering cattle, goats or sheep. So the system is expected to assist in the selection of healthy Qurban animals. Diseases that can be diagnosed in this system include Ascariasis, Brucellosis, Toxoplasmosis, Anthrax, Scabies, Ringworm, Leptospirosis, and ORF. The disease is a disease Zoonosis that often occurs in Indonesia. System built with PHP programming language and MySQL database. Knowledge representation using production rules, inference process using forward chaining and the process of calculating the value of certainty of the occurrence of the disease is done using certainty factor method. The results of testing the system with medical record data states the value of the system's ability to diagnose diseases in accordance with the medical record is 86.84%. The result of system functionality test stated 100% system capability value and respondent rate system reuse 70,83% agree, 3,33% strongly agree, and neutral 25,83%.
