"One of the sciological-antropolois variants of Muslims in Indonesia is the Muslim\r\nkejawen community. These Muslim societies have distinctive characteristics, they\r\nhave adherence to Islamic doctrin and at the same time have closeness to\r\n‘kebatinan’ values. In the context of sharia banking, this research seeks to\r\ndiscribe the perception of the Muslim kejawen community against sharia banking.\r\nBasides it also explains the influence of the mystical and intellectual system of\r\nIslam in bulding perceptions of sharia banking. The hypothesis drawn is the\r\nmystical and intellectual system of islam has a positive and significant impact on\r\nthe perception of sharia banking. This research uses quantitative methods, data\r\ncollection using questionnaire and interview techniques, data management using\r\nt-parsial test and f-simultaneous test on regression test results.
