Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest of Wonosari people to cash in the BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul. These factors include socialization, religiosity, and knowledge.   Population in this research is Wonosari society. The sample in this research is taken from some Wonosari people who live in kecamatav Wonosari by using convinience sampling technique by determining the number of samples using slovin method. There are 100 questionnaires processed in this research. The primary data collection method used was survey method using questionnaire media. In addition to the questionnaire, the study was also supported by interviews. Methods of data analysis in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test with SPSS 19.00 program.   Based on the results of socialization research and knowledge have a significant positive effect on the interest of community wonosari to cash in BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul. Whereas Religiosity has no significant positive effect on the interest of Wonosari people to cash in BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul.  ( INDONESIA )   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat Wonosari untuk berwakaf tunai di BMT DANA INSANI GUNUNGKIDUL. Faktor-faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah sosialisasi, religiusitas, dan pengetahuan.   Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kabupaten Gunungkidul. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari sebagian masyarakat Wonosari yang bertempat tinggal di kecamatan Wonosari dengan menggunakan teknik convinience sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Terdapat 100 kuesioner yang diolah dalam penelitian ini. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah primer dengan metode survei menggunakan media kuesioner. Selain kuisioner, penelitian ini juga didukung dengan wawancara. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis linear berganda dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 19.00.   Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sosialisasi dan pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat wonosari untuk berwakaf tunai di BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul. Sedangkan, religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat Wonosari untuk berwakaf tunai di BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul.
